How do I get started with Rakwa?
Sign-up happens via WhatsApp only. Reach out and we'll set up your account within a few hours, help you pick the right plan, and activate the 14-day free trial.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. The 14-day free trial requires no payment method — try it freely, and if it suits you, pick a plan and pay only then.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
The yearly subscription saves you about 20% off the monthly rate. Invoices are sent automatically, and you can upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated by remaining days. Downgrades start from your next billing cycle. All changes happen via WhatsApp.
What payment methods are available for my customers?
Your customers can pay using Mada, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, or stc pay via the certified Saudi Moyasar gateway — or cash on pickup if enabled.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — with the Reserve plan, you can link your own domain (yourbrand.com) instead of the default subdomain. We handle all Cloudflare configuration for you.
Do you take a commission on orders?
No, never. Only the plan subscription — every riyal your customer pays goes directly to you (minus only the standard payment gateway fees).
What if I need something not in any plan?
Get in touch via WhatsApp and we'll design a custom solution — you can request an Enterprise plan with additional features or custom limits.
